roll ins grüne is a plug & light lamp, which means that you can enjoy the lamp’s atmospheric play of light immediately after unpacking it. All you need to do is screw the textile cable with the porcelain socket onto the thread of the integrated LED bulb. To do this, hold the top of the bulb with one hand by reaching into the truncated pyramids. This prevents the bulb from turning as you screw on the porcelain socket with your other hand. You can now place the lamp in your favorite spot in your home and switch it on with the push of a button on the dimmer.

Safety Instructions

• The construction of roll ins grüne is made entirely from untreated natural paper. This means, among other things, that the lampshade must not be exposed to intense heat sources or open flames.
• Please use only the integrated LED light source with a maximum power of 8 watts. I cannot accept any liability for the use of other light sources! Thanks to the design of roll ins grüne, the heat generated by the integrated LED bulb can escape, so even when the lamp is operated at full dimming capacity and for extended periods of time, there is no need to worry about heat build-up or possible self-ignition. Please refer to the accompanying box supplied with the LED bulb for the most important technical information. Keep this box for your records in case you need to replace the LED bulb. Please observe your local regulations regarding the environmentally friendly disposal of light sources.
• Please use roll ins grüne only in combination with the supplied textile cable, with or without the integrated dimmer, and the porcelain socket. I have carefully coordinated all of these components with one another through long-term testing. They carry a CE marking, meaning that they comply with the safety regulations of the European Union, and are supplied directly by the manufacturer.
• The natural paper lamp is not suitable for rooms with high humidity or damp areas in the home, such as bathrooms. Window sills are not a problem as a location for the lamp, as the air can circulate freely there.

Care Instructions

• Please protect the natural paper lamp from direct sunlight and UV radiation. Otherwise, the untreated natural colors of the lamp may fade slightly over time.
• If household dust accumulates inside the truncated pyramids of the lampshade after some time, you can easily remove it using a feather duster, a vacuum cleaner on a low suction setting, or a hairdryer set to cold air.

Storage

• Please keep the supplied envelope containing the important information so that you can make full use of all the functions of roll ins grüne whenever needed.
• The shipping box can be folded flat like a moving box by carefully removing the paper adhesive tapes and folding out the bottom of the box. This allows the box to be stored in a space-saving way and reused.

Video-Tutorials

• If elements of the lampshade are damaged they can be repaired and replaced thanks to its special construction. Upon request, I offer a repair kit containing several laser-cut replacement parts. The videos demonstrate every step of the assembly process.
• Once the LED bulb reaches the end of its service life, it can be replaced with an identical new one.
• The Operating the integrated dimmer switch is very easy and allows you to dim the LED bulb continuously.
